Description:
The Construction Industry Air Quality Coalition (CIAQC) was founded in 1989 by four southern California trade associations--Associated General Contractors, Building Industry Association of Southern California, Engineering Contractors Association and the Southern California Contractors Association.
These signatory contractor organizations, through the Southern California Industry Funds, created CIAQC to help their members understand and navigate the ever-increasing web of government environmental regulation under which they operate their businesses and build our communities, our infrastructure and the environmental systems that will enhance California’s future.
Mission Statement:
CIAQC stands ready to work with regulators, elected officials and other stakeholders to ensure the Golden State’s construction industry is represented in the policymaking process.
