The NLBWA-LA was created and launched in July of 2003 to meet the needs of the growing ranks of the Latina Entrepreneurs, Executives and Professionals from the Greater Los Angeles area.
Since 2003 the NLBW-LA has grown to be one of the fastest growing Latain business organizations in the country. This is due to the tireless efforts of the NLBWA-LA Board of Directors, Chapters, Community Leaders and women supporters with the drive to grow and succeed.
The NLBWA-LA's mission is to promote, develop and support the rapid growth of Latina business owners and business professionals. The purpose of the NLBWA-LA is to create more representation, visibility and business development, networking and mentoring opportunities for Latinas in the world of business and at the executive levels throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
