Overseas Chinese Association for Business Communication (OCBE) was established in July 2008, a Chamber of Commerce of Southern California's emerging, established the purpose of the joint from the Chinese nation compatriots at home and abroad in the world and where the identity of the Chinese nation, mutual cooperation and helping the development of overseas Chinese career and organizing professional seminars for members on a regular, a year and a delegation abroad to visit and committed to the economic and cultural exchanges with the Chamber of Commerce AIA.
